Jubail and Yanbu Industrial Cities Services Company (JABEEN) is a one-person closed joint stock company, acts as the investment arm for The Royal Commission(Jubail, Yanbu,Ras Alkhair, Jazan) with the participation of the private sector . The company contributes to the development programs and industrial and urban development, as well as executing it in all industrial cities of The Royal Commission, including the following:

• Management, development, and operation of areas, facilities, and logistics services.

• Participation in activities and works involving raising the efficiency of industrial and other services in the cities of the Royal Commission, whether local or international companies.

• Managing land and real estate to develop it and construct buildings, residential and commercial centers, and complexes according to the activities of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.
