At the outset, I welcome you to Jubail and Yanbu Industrial Cities Services Company (JABEEN) website. JABEEN was founded in 2018 and focuses on its essential role of supporting sustainable development of the Royal Commission’s Cities, through increasing partnership opportunities with private sector in various commercial activities (industrial and logistics services, real estate development, business solutions, shared services, health/educational services) and developing qualified national competencies capable of contributing to the fulfilment of Kingdom’s 2030 Vision.

JABEEN is an investment arm of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu and represents the Royal Commission’s shares in existing and future projects. JABEEN maximizes the utilization of the Royal Commission’s assets while achieving marginal returns. JABEEN also works to accelerate the fulfillment of Royal Commission’s Cities development needs that contribute to enhancing cities’ competitiveness to attract domestic and foreign investments. JABEEN creates value-added investment opportunities that support the integration of industrial, logistics and commercial services in line with the National Industrial Strategy.
