Under the support of His Excellency, the Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, and Chairman of Jubail Company, Engineer Khalid Al-Salem, CEO Engineer Abdulrahman Shamashir signed a contract with Sumou Real Estate Development. This contract is for the construction and development of 1,104 residential units in Yanbu Industrial City, featuring comprehensive infrastructure services in neighborhoods such as Azizia, Buthna, Nakheel, Nawa, and Jabriya. This initial phase of development is expected to span three years. This signing ceremony aligns with the Royal Commission’s efforts to enhance economic and social development in Yanbu Industrial City. Through housing projects, the Royal Commission aims to provide new residential units for citizens and attract further investments into its cities.
