Under the patronage of His Excellency the Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Eng. Khaled Al-Salem, the CEO,  Eng . Abdulrahman M Shamashir, signed an investment agreement with the University of Business and Technology to allocate a campus for the university in Yanbu Industrial City.
