Abdulrahman Shamashir, CEO of JABEEN, signed an investment agreement with United Arab Specialized Technical Services Company, represented by its General Manager, Mr. Jonathan Patrick. The agreement is for the establishment and operation of an industrial facility for producing plastics for lining and insulating steel pipes in the PlasChem area of Jubail Industrial City 2.
