JABEEN, represented by the General Manager of Investment and Business Development, Eng. Abdullah Al-Eid, has signed an investment agreement with Abar Industries Middle East Ltd., represented by General Manager Mr. Rishabh Desai. The agreement is for the establishment and operation of an industrial facility to manufacture white oils and transformer oils in the base oils downstream industrial zone. This project supports the Royal Commission’s plan to expand industrial services in Yanbu Industrial City.
