In the presence of His Excellency the Chairman of Jabeen and the Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Eng. Khalid Al-Salem, the CEO, Eng. Abdulrahman Shamashir, signed a contract with Mazaya International for Development and Real Estate Investment to establish a tourist resort in Yanbu Industrial City. The resort will cover an area of 80,000 square meters and will include 135 residential tourist units with all necessary facilities. This initiative is part of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu’s efforts to enhance quality of life and promote investment in various sectors within Yanbu Industrial City.
